Mohamed Chahine

Mohamed Chahine, founding partner at CW Law, LLP, completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Political Science. Mr. Chahine received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he was awarded the prestigious minority Chancellor’s Blue and Gold Scholarship. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010 and is a member in good standing with The United States District Court of California.

Mr. Chahine began his career as an Associate Attorney completing memorandums on judgment enforcement in over 10 states regarding wage garnishment, real and personal property liens, bank garnishments and levies. Prior to founding CW Law, Mr. Chahine was named Partner at a Worker’s Compensation Defense firm where he managed claims in various industries, including claims with high exposure, in addition to managing and training numerous attorneys.

In 2021, Mr. Wu and Mr. Chahine founded CW Law, LLP. Their boutique, family sized defense firm is geared to serving clients with an innovative and modern approach to Workers’ Compensation Defense. The founding partners have had numerous successful Take Nothing Findings and Awards/Orders granted at Trial during their careers.

Mr. Chahine has a proven track record in California Workers’ Compensation Defense, Labor Code §132a, Death Claims, Fraudulent Claims, Labor Code §4553 Serious and Willful Misconduct, Labor Code §4850, Medicare Set Asides, CMS Submissions, and Covid-19 Claims.
